We have same week availability for intakes with Dr. Nicolas Sikaczowski and are accepting new patients and have same week availability for both adult and child patients. We offer in-person evaluations at our Portland Maine location (560 Brighton Avenue, Portland, ME 04102) and telehealth throughout the state of Maine.
